Bakersfield Tournament

Last weekend my soccer team, central valley elite, went to bakersfield tournament. I only got to play for a little cause i just got cleared to walk on it, about a week and a half ago. On Saturday we won both games with shut-outs. The score on the first game was 8-0 and the second was 6-0. I was so excited that we made it into semi-finals. On Sunday, our game was won 4-0, I played about ten minutes. In the finals we played a team from Arroyo Grande. They were really good, but we still beat them 5-0. Then we went to the awards ceremony and got this big trophy and we each got a medal. When we get a trophy your supposed to drink out of it, but Curtis said no because he didn't want any sickness. We took a team picture afterwards. Then there was a party to celebrate our victory, it was so much fun! I can't wait for the San Diego tournament next weekend!!!!(:

First Soccer Tournament

My first tournament was in Las Vegas and we drove.): Not fun but Brook didnt cry that much. I couldnt play because of my foot, so I sat on the sidelines and cheered on my team. I was captian so that nobody missed instruction by the coaches. We lost the first game, four to one. We won the second and third game but we got nothing because of that one lost. It was cool to be in the tournament because we played against two teams from somewhere in nevada, one from Las Vegas. EXCITING!!!! We still have alot to work on because we are still getting used to playing together.I think that we did a really good job considering that we have only been together for about a month. On our team we have 18 girls and play 11 vs. 11. Which means 7 sit out at a time but we switch constantly. This type of soccer is way different than AYSO. All of the girls are nice and Brooklyn got a lot of new sisters. They all pick her up and laugh at her. We are like a big family.(:(:

First Post-Op follow up appointment

So today I went to the doctor so he could look at my foot. It looked disgusting as you can see. It wouldn't have looked like that if I hadn't fell on it at Yodigitys chained chairs. I had to catch my fall so I put my foot down(a natural instinct)and it hurt like crazy. He said that he wasn't gonna do anything because it was still sorta connected. Dr. Mai said that i would get my stiches out on the twenty sixth. I went to a soccer pratice/scrimage; it was cold and raining and everyone was wet. Luckily there was a canopy so I didnt get wet. My team won 6 to 1 against a girls under 14. It was fun but we left early cause of brook(she was restless and crazy).

surgery

As most of you know I got surgery on Tuesday. I got surgery because there was a foriegn object in my foot and the doctors had no idea what it was.Once I had the IV in, i was taken in to a bright white room a they made me go to sleep and i dont remember anything past that. The doctor told me that he made an incision in my foot right above my heel.But the object had gone deeper than he thought so he sewed it up and made another cut right on top of the object and scooped it up. i was really out of it and he sort of put me on bed rest.I was out of school for a long time and now im going back, tommorow. I'm using crutches in the most cramped place in the world,Green Acres Middle School, Population 1200 kids plus 100 school staff.Wow! This is going to fun.

Hey! I just found out i could blog! I am sitting on the couch elavating my foot deciding what i should write. I guessed that i would never blog but here i am, typing away. I hear brooklyn,little sister, saying ″i hungry, i hungry″. haha. Shes already eaten apples,fishies(gold fish),eggs,drinkable and turkey! holy cow! Now shes going to play ″pokers″. wow. Brooklyn is only 2 and alreadly gambling!ha...
